For this reason, a portion of the proceeds for every Julia Michaels signature ukulele is donated to “To Write Love On Her Arms,” an important non-profit organization dedicated to presenting hope and helping people struggling with addiction, self-harm, and depression. The Julia Michaels signature tenor ukulele is packed with Lanikai quality and features. It has a glossy white pearl painted top, back and sides, is highlighted with black body and fingerboard binding, and an abalone rosette and purfling. In addition, it has a wide comfortable neck profile, open back Grover® tuners with black buttons, NuBone XB® nut and saddle, D’Addario®strings, a deluxe padded bag, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The electric model is equipped with a Fishman® Kula preamp with a tuner.
