Shipping Policy

Our fulfillment team prides itself in being one of the fastest in the industry! All orders that are placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Each order is shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using the most efficient carrier for your specific address!

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping and handling on all orders over $50 in the continental United States. We currently do not offer standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Please reach out to request a shipping quote if you wish to ship to any such address!

Expedited Shipping

Although our free standard shipping typically arrives in 1-4 business days, we cannot guarantee delivery times when utilizing free shipping. If you need 2 Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping to meet a deadline, please select the appropriate method at checkout. Due to the exponential increase in shipping expense for large, oversize items (guitars, basses, etc.), an additional charge applies for expedited shipping of oversized items. Oversized items that have an additional charge for expedited shipping are notated on the product listing.

Oversized Items

In addition to the note above, oversized items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. If you are purchasing an oversized item, please provide a physical address at checkout. Orders for oversized items postmarked to PO Boxes will be held until we can contact you and receive an eligible physical address.
