Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything that we sell! All of our inventory is sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Applicable restocking fees may apply if the product or product packaging are returned in used, missing, or damaged condition.

Return Requests

To open a return request, please contact our returns department via email at [email protected] or call 1-800-705-7095. We will provide a return label for you to send the item back to us. Alternatively, you may ship the item to us at 4611 Ivanrest Ave SW; Grandville, MI 49418. Please include a note in the package indicating your name, order number, and reason for return to ensure we can process your return quickly and accurately!

Refunds

Within 2 business days of receiving your return, our returns team will evaluate the returned product and process your refund less any applicable restocking fees. The refund should reflect on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. In the event that we are unable to refund your original payment method (closed account, credit card no longer valid, etc.), we will instead issue a store credit for the amount of the item(s).

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will get the new product quickly and it is not at risk of going out of stock while you wait for the exchange.
