The Custom Mini Humbucker is a modern take on the classic Firebird sound. Its ceramic magnet and overwound coils give it enough bite to cut through any mix. The bridge model has tremendous punch and a top-end zing almost like a single-coil, but with a tight, humbucker-style low end. Great for big, detailed chords, or a solo tone with a nice, edgy bite. It’s a great match for the Custom Mini Humbucker neck model, or pair it with a Seymourized Mini Humbucker neck pickup for a more traditional neck tone. Hand made in Santa Barbara, CA, this pickup is a drop-in replacement for any mini-humbucker sized rout and is intended to be mounted to the guitar using a Firebird-style mounting ring and 3-48 humbucker mounting screw. Comes with a 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free operation.
