The Fender Custom Shop Limited-Edition Precision Bass Special Heavy Relic takes you back in time with classic, all-American sound in a vintage Fender package. The Precision Bass Special Journeyman Relic features a 2-piece select alder body with a lacquer finish, a quartersawn maple neck with the 1960 Jazz Bass "U" back-shape and a flat-laminated quartersawn maple neck fingerboard. It's sound is powered by a Custom Shop hand-wound ’57 P-Bass pickup specially voiced to deliver that familiar, iconic Fender tone. Additional appointments include vintage-style tuning machines, 4-saddle vintage-style bridge, 1-ply gold anodized aluminum pickguard, nickel/chrome hardware and a bone nut. Comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
